Welcome to PixelArena Gaming Club. By entering our premises, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About PixelArena

PixelArena Gaming Club is operated by PixelArena Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., registered in India, with its principal place of business at 47, 2nd Floor, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru – 560095, Karnataka.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 13 years and above. Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or have prior written consent. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse entry at our discretion.

3. Use of Facilities

You agree to use PixelArena's facilities solely for lawful gaming and entertainment purposes. You must not:

All visitors are expected to behave respectfully. PixelArena operates a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, hate speech, and violence. Staff have authority to remove any visitor who violates these standards without refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

All session fees are payable in advance at the reception counter. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash. Hourly session charges begin from the moment you are logged into a station.

Refunds are not provided for unused time during a session that was voluntarily ended by the visitor. In the event of technical failure on our part, a credit of equivalent time will be offered.

5. Memberships

Monthly membership plans are non-transferable and non-refundable after activation. Pre-loaded hours do not carry over to the following month unless explicitly stated in the chosen plan. PixelArena reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership plans with 30 days' notice.

6. Equipment and Liability

Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to PixelArena equipment through negligence or intentional misuse. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the responsible party. PixelArena is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings. Lockers are provided for your convenience.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of PixelArena Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited. Game titles available at the club are licensed third-party software; PixelArena does not claim ownership.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Tournaments and Events

Participation in PixelArena-organised tournaments is subject to separate event-specific rules, which will be communicated at the time of registration. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by PixelArena.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelArena provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service or specific gaming performance. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular game title at any given time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PixelArena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities or website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
